Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform MITRAN DI GADDI.COM at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by MITRAN DI GADDI depending on the nature and category of the product.

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following condition.

Please notify MITRAN DI GADDI of receipt of a damaged/defective product/service within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, MITRAN DI GADDI shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

Was delivered in a physically damaged condition (ONLY IF VIDEO WHILE UNPACKING IS AVAILABLE)

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

Products should be unused.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by MITRAN DI GADDI returns department in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return.

Has missing parts or accessories.

Is different from what was ordered.

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

In the event the returns of a product is duly acceptable by MITRAN DI GADDI the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to you. Refunds will be subject to the following:

Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by MITRAN DI GADDI.

For Cash On Delivery payments, you will be provided with a refund cheque.

If the product can be repaired by the service centre, MITRAN DI GADDI would get the same repaired and send it back to you.


We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made or as per the details mentioned in your profile on our site. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appears to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
